Tonight I was lucky enough to be accompanied by Choker to see The Artist at Tampa Theatre. We met up with an old friend of mine, and caught up for a few minutes before and after the film.

The film itself was great, but getting the chance to watch in a theatre made it an experience. It’s one thing to watch a film (especially a silent film) by yourself at home and it’s a completely different thing to sit in a theatre with at least a few dozen people where everyone is dead silent and focused on the screen.

As I mentioned already (here), last night was incredibly uneventful… unless surprise helicopter tours, dinner, and moon watching at the beach are things you’re into.
*Please excuse the blurriness as I was not forewarned of the photo opportunities that were to follow and was forced to improvise with my cellphone.
